Publisher Modus Games has released a trailer for upcoming psychological horror game In Sound Mind, out later this month.
You’ll be taking on the role of therapist Desmond Wales, who’s a therapist. Rather than sitting in a chair talking through your patients problems, however, you’ll find yourself exploring the fractured nightmare psyches of your patients. Something connects them and a mysterious event in the town of Milton Haven. You’ll have to find out what before you end up trapped in your own mind.
We’re promised a range of fiendish puzzles and unpredictable environments. You’ll also have to take on terrifying bosses, sentient mannequins and much more. The game’s soundtrack has also been provided by “internet icon” The Living Tombstone.
You can check out a trailer for the game below. In Sound Mind is set to launch on September 28. It’ll be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. A Nintendo Switch version is also scheduled to launch later this year.
