Injustice 2, sequel to the DC fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us, where Catwoman can whip the hell out of Batman as God intended, is going to feature Doctor Fate. Doctor Fate is, as you may be able to tell, magical. His costume here is a classic look from the comics for him, and his powers look heavily magic based (he stabs people with a giant golden Ankh at several points).
