The developer behind Hitman 2 has confirmed the stealthy sequel will launch with six locations this November.

Obviously this is a different kettle of fish to the original Hitman, which was an episodic affair that launched with one stage, Paris, back in early 2016.

While not revealing any details on the locations themselves, IO Interactive did confirm that they will boast ‘multiple missions.’

‘We have six confirmed locations that will be immediately playable when Hitman 2 launches on 13 November 2018, and there will be multiple missions available within each location,’ the company told VG247.

IO previously confirmed that Hitman 2 will bring back Opportunities, which give you the chance to eliminate your target in various creative (and often comical) ways.

It’s also been confirmed that David Bateson will be reprising his role as the stoic Agent 47.

Hitman 2 is due out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on November 13, and lets you slap a man around the face with a fish. We’re sold already.
