No, there is no new game plus mode in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands — at least, not yet. For now, the game is essentially completed once you have ticked off all of the game’s various quests and activities, and the only way to replay the experience is to simply start a new save file and play it from the start. There’s no way to keep the gear and loot you had during your previous save.
Of course, in an age in which games are always issued new updates and patches post-launch, it’s certainly possible that Gearbox could bring a new game plus mode to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands at some point in the future.
