PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds long-delayed test servers for the 1.0 update finally went live on PC yesterday, and after playing with the new vaulting mechanics, enterprising dataminers have wasted little time scouring the update to find some hints as to what the future holds for the immensely popular battle royale game.

Reddit user bizzfarts unearthed an image of what we can likely presume is the layout – or at least the layout as it stands at this time – of the upcoming desert map, complete with names of the locations; we’re particularly looking forward to getting lost in Muderland or coming a cropper in Mishap. The map itself however, has not made the update, so it’s very possible these names or indeed many other aspects might change before release.

Also discovered, this time by Reddit user Art_7s were references to three new vehicles; a jet-ski, a camper van and a pickup truck – creator Brendan Greene had previously mentioned three new vehicles would be added to the game (specifically revealing the camper van) during a recent AMA, and it seems we now know what they are.

There’s no word for when these additions will make it into the live game as yet. Meanwhile an Xbox One version of PUBG is set to release just before Christmas.
