Kalimba, the totem platformer which launched for Xbox One back in December, is now available on Steam, developer Press Play has announced.

The game sees players controlling animated totems on a quest to overthrow an evil shaman and reclaim the island of Kalimba for the Kalimbi people.

In addition to launching on Steam, Press Play has also announced the release of the first title update and level packs, for both PC and Xbox One.

The title update introduced two new free game modes:

PUMA Mode: Is about speedrunning through levels racing against your friend’s ghosts

LLAMA Mode: A game mode designed for competing against your friends in the couch beating various challenges in turn.

The new level packs are for both single player and co-op, and will be free on Xbox One until May 6. Steam users will have to stump up £3.99 each or £5.99 for the two as a bundle.
