Super ‘realistic‘ medieval simulator Kingdom Come: Deliverance has notched up an impressive one million sales in less than two weeks, developer Warhorse has announced on Twitter.

The game has endured a bit of a troubled launch, with numerous bugs and other issues resulting in a massive day one patch released to polish things up. There’s further tweaking in the pipeline too, although the game’s update history has lead to confusion among the fan base.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance was released on PS4, PC, and Xbox One on February 13. Despite its ambitions and some generally cool ideas, Alice found the game to be a bit of a broken mess and most of all was just, well, rather boring.

Looks like we sold 1,000,000 copies of Kingdom Come: Deliverance in less than 2 weeks! This is truly amazing! Thank you sooooooooo much everyone! #kingdomcomedeliverance pic.twitter.com/ZOHDPHLYyE
