Today, Foam Sword posted an announcement on Twitter that Knights and Bikes has gone gold, and it will be released on August 27 for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Developed by former Media Molecule employees, Knights and Bikes is an adventure story set in the 1980s, following the escapades of Nessa and Demelza on the fictional British island Penfurzy. The game has couch co-op or online co-op features, and the two characters have their own skills and abilities to solve puzzles, explore the island, and uncover mysteries. The Penfurzy Rebel Bicycle Club — that’s Nessa, Demelza, their pet goose and the pickled-head of an undead knight — will search for the legendary treasure buried somewhere on the coast, and discover the magic of best friendship. And ride awesome, souped up bikes.
