If you ever thought that solving crime should be a competition, then Konami‘s Crimesight might just be the game for you. An announcement trailer showcases a future where artificial intelligence is being harnessed to predict future crimes, players will have to choose between AI Sherlock or Moriarty and look to further their own causes.

This could be prevent said crime from happening as AI Sherlock, or complete the steps needed to ensure that your plot succeeds as AI Moriarty. With support for two to four players for a multiplayer session, this futuristic game of Cluedo or Among Us with an anime slant should be an interesting addition to the social deduction genre.

Players will control their characters like in a tabletop game, going from room to room and carrying out their tasks. Secret passageways, traps, gas leaks, and more hazards will spice things up and keep you guessing as to what comes next. Will you be the one murdering the victims, or saving their lives, the choice is yours.

Crimesight is slated to arrive on PC this coming April 14, but if you are keen to give it a try before then, there will be a demo weekend from April 9 and 10. Registration for this demo period will start from March 24 to April 7.
