Square Enix has announced that there will be a stream in June, showcasing the co-op play of its upcoming Marvel’ Avengers.

The announcement, was made on the game’s official Twitter, and the stream is entitled the “Marvel’s Avengers War Table.” The video in the announcement contains a few snippers of gameplay, along with clips of the game’s developers, as they are all currently working from home during the pandemic.

The stream is going out on June 24, and it will seemingly be the first of several, given that the tweet says, “in our first Marvel’s Avengers WAR TABLE stream.”

We’ve reassembled at home and are working to finish our mission. We can’t wait to show you new gameplay and co-op in our first Marvel’s Avengers WAR TABLE stream on June 24! #Reassemble pic.twitter.com/fi4DxuYwZk

Marvel’s Avengers was revealed at last year’s E3, and it looked slightly underwhelming—the characters and art style seemed slightly flat, neither fully stylised nor closely treading in the shadow of the movies.

Either way, that’s not to say the game won’t be terrific! It is set to release on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia on September 4.
