The Xbox One S 2TB Launch Edition console has non other than Master Chief hidden within its slim white shell, Microsoft has revealed.
Posting on Twitter, Mike Ybarra, the Director of Program Management for Xbox showed off a picture of the hidden Chief.

Ybarra didn’t say where or how users would be able to see the Chief for themselves, and it seems that many won’t unless they want to void their new console’s warranty.
As part of a console teardown on Ifixit it was discovered Master Chief can be seen etched onto the bracket securing the Xbox One S’s new 4K capable optical drive in place.
