Mesoamerican action-platformer ITORAH has just received a new gameplay trailer that gives us a good look at a few in-game bosses while also revealing the release date. This hand-painted Metroidvania is coming to PC on Mar. 21.
In this tale, players will be fighting back against the Black Plague as the titular protagonist, Itorah. She ventures through a number of biomes in the land of Nahucan while fighting off foes with the help of a sentient axe named Koda.

Developer Grimbart Tales and publisher Assemble Entertainment are coming together to put this game on GOG and Steam, and you can get more info and wishlist the platformer on ITORAH’s game pages for both platforms.
For those who are interested, the Save the World Edition of the game also comes with the official artbook and soundtrack as well. And it should be noted that 10% of every Save the World Edition purchase gets donated to Survival International, which supports indigenous people worldwide.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated as new details on the game become available, so be sure to check back in as the release date approaches.
