Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference will begin at 9:30am PDT (17:30pm BST) on Monday, June 13, it’s been revealed.
The timing was revealed to multiple US outlets last night, including GameSpot and IGN, who were invited to the media briefing. “We’re excited to return to E3 this year where we’ll showcase more games and experiences coming later in 2016 and beyond,” the invite allegedly reads, “starting with our briefing at 9:30 AM PDT on Monday, June 13.”
The briefing follows hours after EA and Bethesda’s press conferences get things underway, with EA’s briefing beginning at 9pm BST on June 12, and Bethesda’s at 3am BST on June 13.
E3 is due to open its doors one day later on Tuesday, June 14.
Last week, Xbox chief Phil Spencer teased that Microsoft is “going to have a nice E3”, with ongoing rumours suggesting that the platform holder may have plans to unveil an upgraded Xbox One.
