Today, during Nintendo’s Direct, It Takes Two was announced to be coming to the Switch on Nov. 4, 2022. The Madden series has been part of gaming since 1988, delivering a virtual recreation of American football that has been entertaining players for years. Now, 34 years after the first game was released, Electronic Arts is paying homage to the iconic John Madden, who will once again grace the cover with Madden NFL 23. Furi, Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell and a Paragon Starter Pack will all be available for free on PS4 as part of July’s PlayStation Plus update, Sony has confirmed. Meanwhile, on PS3, Plus subscribers will be able to download Fat Princess and Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, along with Prince of Persia: Revelations and Oershika: Tainted Bloodlines on PS Vita. The Paragon Starter Pack includes instant access to the game’s closed beta, plus Master Challenges for three heroes – Murdock, Rampage and Gadget – which Epic says includes “an immediate Challenger skin and a permanent Hero Level XP boost for all three Heroes”....

The 2000 Dreamcast game Kao the Kangaroo probably wasn’t all that high on the list of desired remakes. However, that hadn’t dissuaded the team at Tate Multimedia, which is bringing the forgotten marsupial back to life in a big way. And, in all fairness, the reboot is looking quite stellar, with charming and colorful graphics, as well as fun-looking platforming. We’ll know if the comeback is worth it once Kao the Kangaroo hits its release date in late May....
