Legends of Runeterra has been going strong since its release in April of this year. Its first in-game event, the Spirit Blossom Festival, has been a success and brought more interest into the game. The Los Angeles Gladiators bolstered up their tank line this offseason by adding main tank Min-seok “OGE” Son from the Dallas Fuel and off tank Indy “SPACE” Halpern from the intercity rival Valiant. During a presentation at the Tokyo International Forum in Japan, which Twinfinite attended, Sega presented a PS5 gameplay trailer of the recently-announced Like a Dragon: Ishin! We get to see familiar heroes from the Yakuza series translated into samurai from the Bakumatsu hear, with traditional protagonist Kazuma Kiryu turned into historical figure Ryoma Sakamoto. It’s worth mentioning that this is basically a “Kiwami”-style remake and not just a port, with changes to adapt the game to modern Yakuza standards....
Action adventure Lila’s Sky Ark will arrive on Nintendo Switch and PC from April 21, publisher Graffiti Games has announced. The game sees the titular Lila’s psychedelic world in grave danger from the Conductor, and it’s down to her to save it. Rather than telling you the story outright, you’ll have to hunt down secrets in the world to piece together the rest of Lila’s tale while you help her avert disaster....

Microsoft has apparently expressed interest in acquiring Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, according to a report from The Information. The division is rumoured to be on the market, to be sold by its parent company AT&T for approximately $4 billion. Take-Two Interactive, Electronic Arts, and Activision-Blizzard are also allegedly interested in an acquisition, and for good reason. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment owns Avalanche Software (Disney Infinity), NetherRealm Studios (Mortal Kombat 11), Rocksteady Studios (the Batman Arkham games), and TT Games (the Lego games)....
Finally, after 4 years, multiple demo’s, and a whole lot of waiting, Lab Zero’s Indiegogo darling Indivisible is here. The game is their biggest undertaking yet. We all know them from Skullgirls, and it’s obvious that with such a long dev time, they really put their all into making Indivisible. This narrative-based, platformer, fighting game inspired, Valkyrie Profile-esque title revolves around a plucky girl named Ajna as she travels the world literally collecting friends inside her head....
The Atom joins the PC version of Injustice 2 today adding another hero to the fighter roster. The Atom hit the console recently and today it’s the turn of the PC players to get their hands on him and try Ryan Choi’s subatomic powers. Just Cause 2 has been out for just over a month now, and if there’s one great thing about the game… it’s the Youtube videos. It’s amazing what kind of hilarious and wacky hi-jinx players can get into with Just Cause 2’s tether and an assortment of objects in the game world. So it’s nice to see Just Cause 2 embrace the mayhem with their upcoming DLC packs. The Black Market Aerial Pack, the Black Market Boom Pack, and three new vehicles are shown in this trailer, and every but of each of them looks like fun....
Kingdom Hearts III is getting new DLC and we finally have a name: ReMIND. Kingdom Hearts fans are unlike any other. Despite the fact the game’s story is so opaque as to be basically incomprehensible, they still clamor for every bit of lore they can get their cartoonishly large paws on. Because it’s a game that takes place in cartoon worlds. Get it? I’ll be here all week. Anyway, the game is a huge critical success and, more importantly, a huge commercial success, so Square Enix is bringing everyone what they want: more Kingdom Hearts III....
