Today acclaimed third-party developer PMDG released its Boeing 737-600 for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and they had a surprise in store. The surprise is the price: this advanced high-fidelity aircraft is available on the developer’s own store for $34.99, about 15 bucks less compared to the tentative price originally mentioned by PMDG a while ago. Euro Truck Simulator 2 has been out in the wild for quite some time now, but the team over at SCS Software continues working to improve it. Announced back at Sony’s March 2019 State of Play, Iron Man VR is a highly-anticipated action game being developed by Camouflaj exclusively for PlayStation VR. In October, an Iron Man VR gameplay trailer revealed that the title would be available on February 28, 2020, but it seems that this will no longer be the case, as the developer has just confirmed a delay to Iron Man VR’s release date. Specifically, Iron Man VR is now set to release on May 15, 2020....

Riot Games’ free-to-play 5v5 tactical hero-shooter, Valorant, has proved incredibly successful since its release back in 2020. Details and videos for Avalanche Studios’ upcoming title, Just Cause 2, keep pouring in. Today we received information detailing the game’s demo, which I have included for your reading pleasure. Also included in the release was their newest trailer, titled “Mid-Air Sabotage,” which features something that no human would ever attempt in real life. But that is precisely the reason I’m excited about this game. Nintendo has dated 3D adventure Kirby and the Forgotten Land for a March 25 launch on the Nintendo Switch. The company made the announcement by sharing a new trailer. First announced back in September, the game will mark everyone’s favourite pink balloon’s first own 3D adventure. He’ll be attempting to save the Waddle Dees from the Beast Pack as he travels across a colourful world. It turns out that many of Kirby’s friends have also found themselves in the Forgotten Lands....

After being absent from this generation of consoles, one of the most iconic horror game franchises may be returning to haunt players again. A leaker has revealed that Konami is looking to develop two new Silent Hill games to revitalize the series. The Silent Hill franchise has been largely dormant for years. The series’ last releases were in 2012. Back in March, the team behind Layers of Fear and Observer teased a new game, mysteriously called Project Méliès. Earlier today, Bloober Team (snort) pealed back the paint on the project, revealing that the game is actually Layers of Fear 2, and it’s coming out next year. Supermassive Games has released a new trailer for Little Hope, the next entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology (via Gematsu). Little Hope describes the depravity and fear that gripped seventeenth century villages, as appointed witchfinders sought to cut out the evil root of devil worship. These witchfinders accused citizens of consorting with demonic forces and doled out justice, often using exceptionally cruel methods. Little Hope seems to be one such town with a dark history, and four students and their professor take a trip to explore its mysteries....

Wizards of the Coast has dropped the ban hammer on Field of the Dead in their latest update. Players probably saw this one coming. As of yesterday, Field of the Dead is banned in Magic: The Gathering’s Standard Format. The land that produced zombies for nothing proved to be too powerful for the current meta, forcing Wizards to step in. For those unaware, Field of the Dead provides players with a free source of 2/2 zombies so long as they play a land while already having seven or more lands of a different name on the battlefield....
