Today third-party developers had new assets and releases to share regarding add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator. First of all, we get a development update from IndiaFoxtEcho, which revealed progress done on the Sukhoi Su-31 and M-346 Master, on top of announcing the TA-4J Skyhawk and revealing the first screenshot. We also hear a bit about the Eurofighter Typhoon. Next, we take a look at the Airbus A330 by Aerosoft, including the first look at the flight deck (which still requires dirt and grime to be added) and modeling work done on the landing gear bays....

Jade Raymond’s new studio is to head up development of an open world IP, according to statements made by EA CFO Blake Jorgensen and originally reported by Gamespot. “We’ve never really operated in the largest genre of gaming, and that’s the action genre,” Jorgensen stated. “That’s the Assassin’s Creed-style games; more open-world, more single-play versus multiplayer. It’s not been an area that we’ve operated in. We recently hired Jade Raymond, who was behind the Assassin’s Creed franchise for Ubisoft and she will be building an action genre for us through a studio we’re building out in Montreal right now....

As the encroachment of Disney+ and The Rise of Skywalker nears, it’s hard to tell which is more exciting. Of them all, anticipation stirs most prominently behind EA and Respawn’s upcoming project, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Fund 4 Games are reportedly close to securing a deal with Take Two that will see the street racing game Juiced on the shelves before 2004 is out. Developed by Juice Games and originally slated for release under Acclaim, Juiced suffered a huge setback earlier this year when the publishing ex-giant was declared bankrupt and the game was thrown into release limbo. Announced at EVO 2019, developer SNK has officially confirmed that King of Fighters XV is in development. All that was disclosed was a logo for the new game, and there’s no information on what platforms it’ll come to or when. But it’s been three whole years since the last entry to this fighting game series, and fans are already full of beans for a new title. This year’s EVO tournament was a busy one, with announcements for Samurai Shodown, SoulCalibur VI, Tekken 7 and Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition....

When it comes to complex plots and characters, one franchise reigns supreme. That franchise is none other than the widely loved Disney/Final Fantasy crossover RPG known as Kingdom Hearts. The first installment in the action-packed series came out in 2002 and hooked us instantly. We saw Sora, the kid from Destiny Islands, go from a happy-go-lucky kid just living life to a badass Keyblade wielder destined to save the world. Roll7’s Laser League has officially launched on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, bringing with it a bevy of refined content following a well-received spell in Early Access. The Steam version of the game is launching with a tidy 40% discount that runs until May 16, while Microsoft Gamepass members can snap up the futuristic sports romp now without having to spend a penny. In addition, Roll7 has buffed the Steam edition of Laser League with a bunch of fresh content, including seven additional maps, two stadiums, and two new power-ups....

The latest trailer for Destiny 2‘s upcoming expansion, The Witch Queen, shows off some exciting stuff. The trailer focuses on a few of the new weapons coming to the game, and provides a look at the weapon crafting system, which finally gives players greater control over their arsenal. Amid the outbreak of the coronavirus, Riot Games officials have closed the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) media room indefinitely. The Korean pro league will continue playing their games without a live audience, as they have all season. Many esports companies and organizations have been put in tough positions recently, as the infected toll continues to climb. This is not the first precaution that Riot has taken against the spread of the virus....
