Criterion is gearing up to reveal “something amazing”, according to comments made by veteran producer Pete Lake. Hideo Kojima has spoken out for the first time after rumours emerged stating that he is to leave Konami later this year. In a joint statement released with Konami, Kojima said: “I want to reassure fans that I am 100% involved and will continue working on Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain; I’m determined to make it the greatest game I’ve directed to date. Don’t miss it!” Rumours suggesting that Kojima is to leave Kojima Productions emerged yesterday after it was discovered that his name and the studio’s logos had been scrubbed from Metal Gear Solid branding....

No Man’s Sky‘s second Expedition has arrived. At the end of March, developer Hello Games kicked off its new game mode with the Pioneers Expedition, which saw players travel between planets and discover new species. Now, the team has released another adventure, called Beachhead. Hello Games teased that No Man’s Sky players will discover “a journey with a very different pace” in the Beachhead Expedition. The new Expeditions mode joins players together on one planet as they work together to complete a series of tasks and progress through the mission....

On August 5th, Riot Games designer Blake Smith posted to Twitter a series of proposed changes to Ivern, which would both fundamentally change how a few of his abilities function, as well as fix the currently buggy state of his ultimate. However, some players fear the adjustment to his ultimate ability would significantly lower his skill ceiling. The first few interrelated changes revolve around Ivern’s W, which creates a brush that, in its current state, increases Ivern’s attack range while he remains within it and lingers shortly after he exits....

Just when you thought that the adventures of Master Chief were over, Microsoft goes and gives gamers more, at least according to Microsoft’s E3 website. If you believe a leaked post on the Xbox website, Halo 4 is real.
