In one of the most commonly-known pieces of “lost movie” lore, many of you will already be aware that Frank Oz’s 1986 movie adaptation of the cult stage musical (itself an adaptation of the 1960, equally cult Roger Corman movie) made it to cinemas in December 1986 with a completely different ending from the one that had originally been shot....

Norwegian Black Metal, friendship, murder and the sheer joys of shouting “Haaaaiiiilllll saaaaaattttaaaann” at unsuspecting passersby are at the heart of Lords Of Chaos, a highly unusual true-crime biopic wearing the satanic garb of a horror movie. Far funnier than you’d expect, it’s the incredible true story of the band Mayhem, created by a guy calling himself Euronymous, in Oslo in the 1980s and how his hubris and desire to generate a mythology around the band led to super dark times for all involved....

Exclusivity is a hell of a thing. The narrative adventure Lost Words: Beyond the Page launched on Stadia in April of last year. But the year-long exclusive window is now closing, and the game has a brand-spanking-new trailer available for its PC launch date. Lost Words: Beyond the Page will release on PC via Steam on April 6. This review contains spoilers. Two refreshingly unexpected things happened in this week’s Marcella, and neither related to its tortuous plot. The first was the two-and-a-half-minute period of silence in which Rav’s team explored the farmhouse, wordlessly absorbing the scope of the horror they’d uncovered. The second was Rav’s distressed response to it all. Both exhibited a sense of decorum and recognisable humanity that’s generally absent from this thriller. As a rule, Marcella characters don’t behave like you or me, and I don’t just mean the serial killers....

Today aNCHOR released new gameplay and details of the upcoming Muv-Luv mobile game Immortals: Muv-Luv Alternative. First of all, we learn that the game will now release in mid-March in Japan. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s Season Pass costs £39.99 in the UK, £5 more than the series’ usual £34.99 asking price. The Season Pass grants access to four map packs due to release throughout 2017, along with an additional 10 Rare Supply Drops and 1,000 Salvage Credits.
