The cheeky scamps at Bioware weren’t happy to settle with just one teaser trailer last night, as the studio also dropped a surprise teaser for the next Mass Effect game in production. As with the Dragon Age trailer earlier in the night, this one was light on detail but did give us a glimpse at a destroyed Mass Effect gate, and was followed up by a familiar looking team uncovering what appears to be a piece of the famous Commander Shepard’s N7 Armour from a frosty planet....

We’ve been waiting for Intel to release its Arc Alchemist graphics card lineup for some time now. After reports suggested that we could see these cards sometime in spring, we now have confirmation on that. Voidpoint’s ’90s-style 3D shooter will be undergoing a name change due to the legal dispute with the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. Formally called Ion Maiden, the game will instead be titled Ion Fury going forward. Voidpoint and 3D Realms have decided instead of fighting the legal battle with Iron Maiden head-on that it would be wiser to run to the hills. I’d say this is definitely the smarter, and more cost-efficient, action to take....

Today Bandai Namco revealed the first DLC character coming to its anime fighting game JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R. The new character is Risotto Nero from the fifth arc Vento Aureo. The leader of the “Squadra Esecuzioni” will join the cast this fall with more information and a trailer promised at a later date. In the meanwhile, we do get a screenshot. Judgment, the new IP from Yakuza developer Ryu ga Gotoku Studio, will launch for PlayStation 4 in the US and UK on June 25, Sega has announced. The game will be available as a digital download and at brick-and-mortar retailers, although if you pre-order the former version you can gain early access to Judgment on June 21. Unlike the Yakuza games, Judgment features full English voice acting, although you have the option of switching to the original Japanese dialogue if you want a more authentic experience....

Kinect Sports is essentially Microsoft’s take on the ever-popular sport compilations like the Wii’s Wii Sports and PS3’s Sports Champions. It puts players in control of their own Xbox 360 Avatar as they take them through one of six different sports in Olympic styled locales. The game’s graphic style is bright and colorful to match that of the player’s Avatar, so the graphics aren’t by any means jaw dropping. However, odds are that buyers didn’t purchase Kinect for pretty looking games; instead, they’re looking for motion controlled gaming....

Lego has officially announced an Atari 2600 set in celebration of Atari’s 50th anniversary. More details of the set have been released, following from rumours first reported on in April.
