Third-party developers shared many interesting assets and a reveal about upcoming add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator. We start with Qbit, which is working on a freeware Boeing 737-800. We get to see plenty of screenshots both of the work-in-progress exterior model and flight deck. Next, we move to the realm of Payware, with IndiaFoxtExho’s M-346 Master advanced jet trainer, which received new screenshots and a development update....

Discovered on the LinkedIn profile of Paul Ehreth, designer for Microsoft’s 343 Industries, is a list of his past and current projects. His most recent project, which is dated as July 2010 - present, lists that he’s “designing new levels and missions for the next Halo project....

Frontier Developments has announced that park management sim Jurassic World Evolution 2 will get a Camp Cretaceous DLC next week. As the name suggests, the pack takes its inspiration from animated Netflix series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. To that end, the DLC includes new dinosaurs, new variants and eight skins based dinosaurs heavily featured on the show. The first of these is the Scorpios Rex. A hybrid creation of regular series villain Dr Henry Wu, his blood red eyes and prominent spikes betray his aggressive nature....

Park management sim Jurassic World Evolution 2 arrives on consoles and PC today, so naturally there’s a launch trailer to celebrate. Just Cause developer Avalanche Studios was working on an Iron Man game for two years before the project was cancelled. In an interview with MinnMax, Avalanche Studios co-founder Christofer Sundberg said that the developer was approached by Disney and Marvel in 2012 and began work on the game that year. However, things quickly went awry. According to Sundberg, Disney had shortened the development time by one year, which increased the development budget since the studio would need to hire 70-80 people to finish the game in time....

A recent European product listing has indicated that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 will be heading to Xbox One this month. On the now removed Microsoft Store UK page, the HD collection was said to be released on February 18, 2020. A compilation containing a remaster of the 3DS game Dream Drop Distance and the Kingdom Hearts III prologue 0.2: Birth By Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage, Square Enix has been quiet about when Microsoft’s console would receive the rest of the series....

The Kirby Cafe has finally opened its permanent home in Tokyo, Japan. Situated in the Tokyo Skytree, the restaurant has a bevy of items themed around everyone’s favorite pink puffball. To mark the ceremonies for opening day, patrons were greeted with a visit from none other than Chef Kirby himself! Making the rounds on Twitter are a ton of photos from people happily eating Kirby related food items as the giant mascot walks in....

Five of the most popular streamers are getting their own action figures as a tie-in to a new game called LAMO. Photos of the toys surfaced on Twitter just hours after the streamers teased the new product in a series of tweets. Dr Disrespect, Ninja, Lirik, Summ1tg, and TimTheTatman all have their likeness recreated in these adorable, Aardman-esque figures which will soon be available at a number of retailers. The first images of the toys were posted on Twitter by streamer and Target employee @tayriva, who saw them on out on the sales floor....

As per the recent changes for patch note releases in Legends of Runeterra, we got the official patch notes for patch 1.4 that will drop next week and begin the Season of Fortune. LEGO Minecraft The Village, a mammoth 1600 piece set and the biggest Minecraft set to date, will launch in June, LEGO revealed today. LEGO Minecraft The Village (21128) includes a rain forest, snow and desert biomes, plus a watchtower, library, blacksmith, butcher and marketplace. Included mini-figures are Steve, Alex, zombie and zombie villager, Creeper, enderman, pig, baby pig, iron golem, farmer and librarian. The completed set will be 15cm high, 49cm wide and 44cm deep....

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens is celebrating Star Wars Day with the release of a brand new trailer focussing on the new adventures not told in the blockbuster movie. The six new adventures featured in the game are: Rathtar Hunting – Follows Han Solo and Chewbacca’s voyage to capture the ravenous Rathtars. Like a Dragon: Ishin will only feature Japanese voice acting, producer Masayoshi Yokoyama has confirmed. In an interview with Yakuza fan site Tojo Dojo, Yokoyama revealed that whilst the Yakuza series has sometimes offered English voice-acting, Like a Dragon: Ishin’s “specialised vocabulary […] would make the lines incredibly long”, so the game will be translated into English via subtitles. “No, [Western players] don’t really watch subtitled content," Yokoyama acknowledged in the interview (thanks, PC Gamer)....
