A US district court judge has confirmed they’re “prepared to approve” Call of Duty publisher Activision Blizzard’s $18m USD settlement of a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission last year, despite objections from other parties. Activision Blizzard initially announced it had reached an agreement with the EEOC - to set aside $18m for employees who had experienced harassment and discrimination at the company - last September, but court approval of the settlement was delayed after California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing objected....

The brand new Killing Floor 2: Neon Nightmares update has officially dropped. With this, Tripwire Interactive has provided players with a brand new map and two new weapons for fighting the Zeds. The new map, named Biolapse, is an abandoned laboratory overrun by enemies. The lab is filled with traps and hazards. Today, a new trailer was released showcasing the upcoming games Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that are set to launch next week. Layers of Fears from developer Bloober Team was shown off during the Summer Game Showcase. Big news today for Fortnite players who have been wondering if there would be a John Wick 3 event and accompanying cosmetics. A leak in the datafiles for the game reveals that both he and some manner of Sofia, played by Halle Berry, will be making their way to the game. Roblox planned numerous concessions to Chinese state censorship and expected its game be hacked and cloned by Chinese companies as part of its launch in the country, an astonishing cache of leaked internal documents has revealed. The details, published by Vice, come from documents recently obtained by a hacker and held to ransom, before being posted online. Vice has said it has published these details to shine a light on the lengths that Western companies can be forced to go to if they decide to enter the Chinese market....

Today Japanese developer Type-Moon released another trailer of the upcoming remaster of the legendary visual novel Mahoutsukai no Yoru, which is titled “Which on the Holy Night” in English. The trailer provides a deeper look at part of the cast, including primary characters like Alice Kuonji and Aoko Aozaki, as well as a few secondary characters. We get to take a look at the refreshed artwork of the game, which will be released in Japan on December 8 with a demo coming in November....

LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 and Years 5-7 are being remastered for PS4, Warner Bros has announced. Notorious hacking group Lizard Squad has claimed responsibility for a DDoS attack on a Blizzard datacenter, resulting in all Battle.net powered titles going offline in the US and Europe, reports IGN. Achates is one of the bosses you will need to fight in the Lost Ark Guardian Raids. You will first need to reach level 50 to unlock the Guardian Raids, however, so make sure you do that before you delve deeper into the world of boss fights. Of these bosses, Achates is the last Level 3 Raid Guardian. You will need to have an Item Level of at least 920 to enter this fight....
