Today Konami announced its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2023, which ended on June 30, 2022. Sales for the whole company were 71,905 million yen (up 5.2% year-on-year), while business profit was 14,099 million yen (down 30.5% year-on-year). It’s worth mentioning that the quarterly revenue was a record-high for a first quarter. Profit was negatively impacted by amortization of product costs upon new title releases, promotion costs, and rising raw materials costs....

On an ensemble series like Legends of Tomorrow, change is a constant. Characters come and go, as old favorites say goodbye and new faces arrive. The unexpected impact of things like magic and time travel means that characters or stories can become different versions of themselves virtually overnight. And while those changes are often sad, the twists are at least somewhat understandable. Not so much this time, though. The news that Legends star Courtney Ford, who plays semi-reformed villain Nora Darhk, will be leaving the show in Season 5 is a decision that’s tremendously difficult to accept, precisely because it seems so… well, wrong....

Life is Strange: Before the Storm is a love letter to the original Life is Strange, and Farewell is the developers signing it with a flourish. Josh Atkins, Fable 3 design director, says that mindless killing isn’t going to be a part of the Fable franchise going forward.
