Publisher Square Enix has announced that the ‘first public gameplay reveal’ for upcoming superhero biff-em-up Marvel’s Avengers will happen at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. The reveal will go down during a Marvel’s Avengers panel taking place over the famous convention on Thursday, July 18 and will be hosted by Crystal Dynamics’ Shaun Escayg, Creative Director on the game. The bad news is, for now at least, it seems this gameplay demo will be ‘for attendees only’ so only those in Hall H will get to see it for now, but of course there’s always the possibility the footage might be released later in some form....

Developer Crystal Dynamics has finally set a date for Spider-Man’s arrival in Marvel’s Avengers for November 30. The news came alongside details of a patch that will arrive that also adds a new Klaw raid for all formats. As detailed on the game’s official blog, there’ll also be some reworks to the game’s systems. These include a Power Level Increase, Per-Hero Weekly Objectives, Gear Upgrading and more. As for Spider-Man himself, he’ll join the game as a PlayStation exclusive as previously established....

A new 26-episode animated series based on Capcom’s Mega Man is currently in development for the global market. Dentsu Entertainment USA has partnered with Man of Action Entertainment, creator of Ben 10 and Generator Rex. Man of Action was also involved with Disney’s Big Hero 6 and Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble for Disney XD. Asobo Studios continues to provide consistent updates on the status of the upcoming Microsoft Flight Simulator. The sim is about to move into a next major phase of development: beta. This is signifact due to it being the final stage before the full release. Today third-party developers released new add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including one of the most anticipated aircraft. First of all, Fenix Simulations has finally released its much-awaited Airbus A320. It’s currently available at the developer’s own store for £49.99. It’s a high-fidelity aircraft promising a much more advanced level of simulation compared to the default A320. It’s worth mentioning that this aircraft won’t be released on the official marketplace or Xbox....

Yet another Twitch streamer has chosen to leave the popular platform for Microsoft’s competing service, Mixer. Cory “KingGothalion” Michael, a Destiny 2 streamer with over 1 million followers, announced on Sunday that he’ll begin streaming on Mixer at 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.
