July 2019 seems like a fairly quiet month for PC game releases. Still, that’s no reason to sleep on it. We’ll see blockbusters such as Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, and Beyond: Two Souls. CD Projekt RED reveals that Keanu Reeves helped the team to develop the character of Johnny Silverhand. Reeves is providing the motion capture and voice work for rockstar Silverhand in the game and has the second most amount of dialogue of any character, but CD Projekt RED says that the actor helped to write some of it too. Speaking to PCGamesN at Gamescom 2019, CD Projekt RED’s senior concept artist Marthe Jonkers said that when Reeves was playing Silverhand, “he also had his own ideas about ‘this is what Johnny would say’ or ‘he would sound like this’....
During yesterday’s 2019 LCS Summer Split finals, a brief trailer revealed information that is certain to get many League of Legends fans excited. Specifically, Riot Games’ immensely popular MOBA will be part of a storyline contained within the fifth and final season of HBO’s Ballers. This comedy drama series focuses around a retired NFL player, played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and featuring League of Legends in Ballers will undoubtedly bring a myriad of new fans to the show....
The League of Legends players with access to the PBE (public beta environment) server can now test out a slightly different Wukong. Namely, his passive is now changed to a shield that triggers whenever he enters a brush or stealth, regardless of whether the enemy has vision there, and its cooldown scales with his level. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that more Black Panther goodies will be joining the ranks of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 today in the shape of the new Black Panther Movie Character and Level Pack. The scratchy superhero is already available in the sprawling adventure game as an unlockable character, but this latest slew of DLC introduces a brand new stage plus a bunch of familiar faces based on the impending Black Panther Marvel film into the mix....
Poulter, an English actor who’s seen his star steadily rise in the last few years, was cast to co-star on the series back in September, as Variety also reported. While details on Poulter’s character are still unknown, said character (prospectively played by an unknown replacement,) will join a co-star in Aussie actress Markella Kavenagh, who will reportedly play a character named “Tyra.” The series has since cast Ema Horvath (Like.Share.Follow), Joseph Mawle (Game of Thrones) and Maxim Baldry (Years and Years) for similarly unspecified characters....

Mafia 3 isn’t due to release until at least April 2016, Take-Two has confirmed. The game had previously been given a 2016 window, but it was revealed last night that it isn’t scheduled to launch until Take-Two’s next financial year, meaning it could release anywhere between April 1-December 31, 2016. The first details on Mafia 3 were revealed last week, with the game set to follow Vietnam veteran Lincoln Clay as he seeks revenge against the Italian mob....
A brand new Bloomberg report has released to make a number of claims about the future of Sony’s upcoming PS5 console, and the issues that have been plaguing it’s manufacturing. As a result of the complications with production of PS5 units, it would seem that some Sony executives have reported that more than a few PS5 launch titles will likely be playable on PS4. Today Microsoft Flight Simulator developers had new assets and a new add-on release to share. We start with LatinVFR, which released a trailer and a batch of screenshots of the Airbus A319. Included in the package will be four versions: A319 CFM, A319 IAE, A319 Corporate Jet CFM and IAE. As expected, the systems are based on the default A320neo. We also get a release with Doha City Skyscrapers Landmarks by IronSim, which does pretty much what it says on the tin and enriches the capital city of Qatar....
